At the HR Asia Awards 2024 Ceremony, Techtronic Industries Vietnam (TTI Vietnam) was honored with the prestigious "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" award, highlighting the second consecutive year of receiving this award and attributing to its exemplary human resource policies and practices that reflected a robust commitment to cultivating a dynamic and diverse workplace.

The "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" award, initiated by HR Asia, stands as one of the most prestigious accolades in the realm of human resource management across the region. Established in 2013, this annual award recognizes organizations that consistently strive to create an ideal work environment where employees empowered to reach their full potential. As the award celebrates its 12th edition in 2024, with the theme "The Definitive Z Choice," it seeks to inspire businesses to reaffirm their commitment to cultivating a workplace that meets the needs of the younger generation, who are increasingly influential in shaping the Asian workforce.

In selecting the most exceptional companies for this year's award, HR Asia implemented rigorous criteria focusing corporate culture, workplace atmosphere, and human resource policies. The award recognizes organizations that not only excel in their business practices but also create work environments that empower employees and promote growth, particularly by demonstrating the values that are most significant to Generation Z.

TTI Vietnam's consecutive wins of HR Asia's "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" award underscore its status as a leader in creating an exemplary work environment for its employees. In both years, TTI’s overall scores have significantly exceeded the market average across the three main categories: Core, Self, and Group. Notably, in 2024, TTI achieved higher scores compared to 2023, with Core scoring 4.17 versus 4.12, Self scoring 4.28 versus 3.88, and Group scoring 4.43 versus 3.98. These results reflect high levels of employee satisfaction with the company’s policies and benefits, fostering a strong sense of belonging. Additionally, TTI's deep understanding of its workforce is evident through initiatives such as "Tea Talk" and suggestion boxes, with most Gen Z employees regularly expressing their satisfaction. This award recognizes the collective efforts of all TTI Vietnam employees and reaffirms our commitment to continuous improvement.
