Besides appropriate human resource strategies and an inspiring working environment, TTI Vietnam’s success in winning the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023'' award lies upon the establishment of a right and responsible business model through ESG (Environmental - Social - Governance) strategy.
Success comes from the sustainable development strategy
In the 2022 ESG report, Mr. Stephan Horst Pudwill, Vice Chairman of TTI Group, affirmed: “Sustainable development is an integral part of TTI's business activities and contributes to boosting business performance, as well as minimizing risks. In addition, we have the capability to continuously improve management activities relating to ESG, thereby achieving the goals set outlined in the ESG strategy.”
Thanks to that, TTI has achieved solid business results. This success is marked by several prestigious awards, such as "Most Honored Company" by Institutional Investor - an international financial publication, the 2022 ESG Achievement Award.
In Vietnam, the ESG strategy deployed in TTI has contributed positive results for the development of social and community in Vietnam.
Specifically, TTI is investing in constructing the state-of-the art manufacturing plant in Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park (SHTP) according to LEED standards - a certification for energy-efficient and environmentally friendly architectural design and construction aimed at reducing CO2 emissions.
In addition, TTI signed the letter of commitment "Science Based Target Initiatives", officially aligning the company with the mission of the Paris Agreement and shows TTI’s dedication to reaching the emission reduction target of 60% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG Emissions by 2030.
Besides the commitment in protecting and preserving the environment, TTI is also committed to supporting community development. Through collaboration with the global non-profit organization Habitat for Humanity to implement housing support projects, sanitation and clean water facilities, and disaster relief for vulnerable communities in Vietnam. Recently, TTI’ employees, together with 2,300 union members, employees, business owners, and trade union officials in HCMC, joined in a charity walk and contributed to the City Workers' Support Fund to share and assist union members with disadvantaged circumstances.

It is known that TTI started operations in Vietnam from August 2018.
