Techtronic Industries attended the 33rd Anniversary of German Unity
On October 5, 2023, Techtronic Industries Vietnam (TTI Vietnam) was honored to participate in the reception of the 33rd Anniversary of German Unity Day (Oct 3, 2023) organized by the Consulate General of Germany in Ho Chi Minh City. This event is an indispensable part of activities in building and strengthening the Vietnam-Germany partnership.
The ceremony received the attendance of esteemed guests, including Mr. Vo Van Hoan, Vice Chairman of HCMC the People's Committee; Dr. Josefine Wallat, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in HCMC and her spouse; Mr. Stephan Weil, The Minister President of Lower Saxony State; Representatives from the Consulate General and Representatives of German businesses in HCMC. From TTI Vietnam, Mrs. Tran Thuy Linh An, Vice President of Human Resources and Strategic Projects, and Mrs. J'nee Hilgers Easter - on behalf of Mr. Nate Easter, Executive Vice President, Global Sourcing and Outdoor Products Operations - attended the event.
Representatives from TTI Vietnam and the Germany business community, the Vietnam-Germany Friendship Association, congratulated the Consulate General of Germany and The Minister President of Lower Saxony State on the occasion of the 33rd Anniversary of German Unity
On this special occasion, a Delegation of leading businesses from Lower Saxony and led by a high-level Representative from Germany, Mr. Stephan Weil, The Minister President of Lower Saxony, visited Vietnam. This presence signifies the expansion and development of bilateral relations and reflects the diversity and depth of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.
Mr. Vo Van Hoan, Vice Chairman of the HCMC People's Committee shared at the ceremony, "Nearly over the past 50 years, the friendly relations and cooperation between Vietnam and Germany have been increasingly positive, effective, and comprehensive, with frequent exchanges. Vietnam always considers Germany as a reliable and leading partner in Europe. Germany is Vietnam's largest trading partner among EU countries."
At the ceremony, Dr. Josefine Wallat, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in HCMC, conveyed a heartfelt message of gratitude for the German Unity Day in 1990.
Consul General Josefine Wallat affirmed the interest in the Vietnam-Germany relationship and committed Germany's support for Vietnam in building a deep partnership in various fields, including sustainable energy development and climate change adaptation, creating a sustainable and diverse future for both countries.
As a member of the German Business Association in Vietnam (GBA), TTI Vietnam believes that the company's business activities in Vietnam will contribute to the cooperation between Vietnam and the European business community in Vietnam, contributing to the socio-economic development of the country./.
